Doggies for Israel
By Arutz Sheva
September 30, 2003
(IsraelNN.com) The IBFICU and its K-9 unit have embarked upon
a campaign to import 100 additional service dogs and to recruit 100
volunteer dog handlers to aid in the battle against terrorism in the
Holy Land. The recent penetration and murder of two Jews in Neguhot
during their festive Rosh Hashanah meal has caused the IBFICU
to double its efforts.
The IBFICU has placed more than 20 dogs and brought more
than 100 volunteer guards to Israel, over the past 18 months. Any
young Jews who wish to volunteer to protect Yishuvim and towns in
Israel and any one who wishes to help sponsor the acquisition of
more dogs as well as the training of the dogs and handlers may email
JewishLegion@aol.com or call (in Israel) 011-972-67-910-341, or
visit the website at www.Jewishlegion.net.
